Billing and Payments
Billing is done on a month to month basis, and we ask that payments be processed automatically via credit or debit card. At
the end of every month, your instructor will submit a timesheet of all lessons completed for that month. An invoice will be
generated automatically and sent to you via email. Invoices are not processed for at least two days after being sent, which
gives student time to review and make any changes to the amount of lessons submitted by teacher. Teachers are under
contract to submit the exact number of lessons completed for each month, and will not submit a lesser or greater amount of
There is no monthly fee or minimum for lessons, and students are only billed for lessons completed.
Safe and Secure Payment Method
Since payments are processed at the end of the month, and to ensure payment is received, debit/credit cards are the only
accepted methods of payment. Our payment system is safe and secure. The card information obtained is only compatible
with our software. No Security Code is required for processing (the 3 digit code on the back of your card). All we ask for is
card number and expiration date.
