No Registration Fee; No set monthly fees
$28 per 30 min lesson
$42 per 45 min lesson
$52 per 60 min lesson
Students under 18
For in home music lessons: If student is under the age of 18, a parent/guardian must be present for the duration of the
lesson. For safety concerns, background checks have been run on all teachers.
Billing and Payments
Billing is done on a month to month basis, and we ask that payments be processed automatically via credit or debit card. At
the end of every month, your instructor will submit a timesheet of all lessons completed for that month. An invoice will be
generated automatically and sent to you via email. Invoices are not processed for at least two days after being sent, which
gives student time to review and make any changes to the amount of lessons submitted by teacher. Teachers are under
contract to submit the exact number of lessons completed for each month, and will not submit a lesser or greater amount of
lessons actually completed. All received invoices should be kept for your records as they can also be used as receipts.
There is no monthly fee or minimum for lessons, and students are only billed for lessons completed.
Safe and Secure Payment Method
Since payments are processed at the end of the month, and to ensure payment is received, debit/credit cards are the only
accepted methods of payment. Our payment system is safe and secure. The card information obtained is only compatible
with our software. No Security Code is required for processing (the 3 digit code on the back of your card). All we ask for is
card number and expiration date.
Recitals
Students will have the opportunity to perform in two recitals a year (one in early spring and one in late fall), which take place
at local public libraries. Recitals are not mandatory, but strongly encouraged. Recitals are great for boosting confidence,
and also give students a sense of accomplishment for all their hard work. Each recital has about 15-20 students that perform.
This creates a relaxed and low pressured environment. Each recital is about 45 min. in length.
Imagine Music Lessons-Teacher-Student Relationship
The teachers representing Imagine Music Lessons, LLC are hired as independent contractors, and their teaching styles and
techniques are in no way dictated by the company. All of our teachers are highly educated and have developed their own
methods of teaching.
Binding contracts have been made between Imagine Music Lessons, LLC and its teachers. Student agrees not to contract
with a teacher, which is provided by Imagine Music Lessons, privately for lessons or to arrange to pay teacher for a different
amount of lessons or at a different rate than shown on the invoice. All payments for lessons must be paid directly to Imagine
Music Lessons as teachers do not accept payments. If both a student and teacher wish to contract privately, permission must
be obtained, in writing, from Imagine Music Lessons, LLC.
Quick Teacher Replacement
We are advocates of music education and we understand that a successful musical experience starts with the right teacher. It
is impossible for a teacher to connect with 100% of their students, and if there is no connection, the best solution is usually to
try a different teacher. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you feel your child would be better suited with a different
teacher who has a different teaching style and personality. An arrangement would be made for a new teacher to provide the
lessons.
Referral Program
Imagine music Lessons, LLC offers a great referral program. For every household referred, we will apply a $40 credit to your
invoice. We allow up to four referrals, worth a value of $160. Upon enrolling a referred student, we will automatically apply
your credit using the unique number on the bottom corner of your referral cards.
Privacy
The information provided on student forms is secure and private. It is used for enrollment purposes only. Imagine Music
Lessons, LLC values the privacy of its students and does not share student information with any outside parties other than
the music teacher providing the lessons.
